Total Sports Therapy (TST) has always believed in supporting local businesses and being involved in the community. Keeping with that belief, TST has partnered with Cactus Shadows High School and Sandra Day O'Connor High School to be the official sports medicine provider for their student-athletes. Courtney Runner ATC/L and Jeff Barlow ATC/L, are the Head Athletic Trainers that cover all the athletic practices and competitions at each of the high schools. TST has been working with area high schools for more than 10 years to help injured athletes get back to playing condition as quickly as possible. Our model directly mimics that of a professional sports team and safely gets athletes back to playing condition in the quickest way possible. This partnership with the high schools insures that the athletes will get the highest level of care should an injury occur, in addition to the information needed regarding whether to see a doctor or when it is safe to return to play. Cactus Shadows and Sandra Day O'Connor athletes are among the elite in Arizona for athletic performance and deserve the best care.
